When and how are partner referral commissions paid out?
Commissions are calculated on the last day of each calendar month and disbursed directly via NEFT/IMPS or UPI by the 5th of the following month, accompanied by an itemized referral statement.
How are member orders and referrals tracked?
Each partner receives a unique referral code and QR code. When members order online or through our WhatsApp concierge, the code is tagged to your partner account. You receive renewal attribution for all recurring cycles.
Is there a minimum monthly referral threshold?
There is no minimum referral quota to stay enrolled in the program. Commission payouts trigger as long as you have at least 1 active member referral in that calendar month.
Who is eligible to join the partner program?
Gym owners, fitness studio founders, CrossFit coaches, personal trainers, yoga and Pilates instructors, and sports academies operating in Bangalore are eligible to apply.
How are TDS and GST handled on commission payouts?
In accordance with Indian tax regulations, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194H is deducted at the applicable statutory rate on commission payouts. Partners registered under GST can provide their GSTIN to claim input credit on tax invoices.
