• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• Payment: Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept various forms of payment as listed on our Site. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

4. Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the specified time frame. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather). Our delivery process is governed by our Shipping Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taazabites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including for lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
