1. Use of Website

You must be 18+ to order. Provide accurate details when creating an account or ordering. Keep your account login details safe and confidential.

2. Products & Services

Menu items, prices & availability may change without notice. Images shown are for representation only; actual meals may vary slightly. Morning Magic specials may be seasonal.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders confirmed after successful payment or COD acceptance.
• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
• We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock limits, fraud, or technical errors.

4. Delivery

Delivery time depends on traffic, weather & operational conditions. One delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, order may be marked delivered — no refund for perishable items. See Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes if preparation hasn’t started. Delivered food cannot be returned. Refunds/replacements apply only for wrong, missing, or poor-quality items (see Return Policy).

6. Pricing & Offers

Prices are in INR, inclusive of taxes. Discounts, coupons & offers (including Morning Magic promotions) are subject to terms and can be modified anytime.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, designs, images & branding on taazabites.in are owned by us. Copying/reuse without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (strikes, internet issues, weather). Liability is limited to the order amount paid.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal data under our Privacy Policy. By ordering, you consent to this processing.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our site means acceptance of the updated Terms.
